Sedona Arizona.
Sedona is truly one of nature's special places its remarkable beauty
and awesome trails are legendary. In order to take full advantage
of what Sedona has to offer the program will provide plenty of free
time for sight seeing, hiking, shopping, jeep tours and special
group mountain biking adventures.
Each day Dr. Emmott will lead a group of mountain bikers on a ride
on one of the areas best trails. Sedona is an amazing mountain
biking experience. We promise a great adventure with awesome
trails,
however this adventure is not for beginners. To get the most from
the experience we advise you have some off road biking experience
and be in reasonable physical condition. A complete "Bike
Package" which includes local bike rental, is available.
The next "Technology on the Rocks " is scheduled
for May 29-31, 2008. We have designed the program
as a week long vacation and learning experience. You can arrive
early
for
some sight seeing, spend three days Thursday to Saturday at the
meeting and you will have several days before or after to extend
your
trip
to the Grand Canyon, Scottsdale or any of the other great vacation
areas in Arizona. If you can't be there for the whole program
you
are welcome to come for a shorter portion and the tuition can be
prorated.
