Sedona 2012! General Information

Travel: It is possible to fly to Sedona in a small charter however the best way to get there is to fly to Phoenix and rent a car. The drive from Phoenix to Sedona is 115 miles mostly on Interstate 17 and takes about two hours.

Lodging: The meetings will be held at The Inn of Sedona. We do not have a special room block, just make a reservation. The phone number is (800) 692-6344. The Inn is a very nice mid level hotel with great views. For more details look online at www.innofsedona.com. There are many other places to stay in the area if needed.

Program: The seminars will be held at The Inn of Sedona in the Yavapai Room Thursday and Friday from 1:00 to 5:00 pm and Saturday 11:00 to 3:00. The morning will be free for golfing, biking, shopping and other activities. We have designed the program as a week long vacation and learning experience. You can arrive early for some sight seeing, spend three days Thursday to Saturday at the meeting and you will have several days before or after to extend your trip to the Grand Canyon, Scottsdale or any of the other great vacation areas in Arizona. If you can't be there for the whole program you are welcome to come for a shorter portion and the tuition can be prorated.

Or golfing, hiking, jeep tours, balloon or helicopter rides, swimming at slide rock in Oak Creek Canyon, new age vortex centers, and fantastic shopping or gallery hopping.

However in the mornings it will be cooler and we will spend the hot afternoons inside meeting. Rain is very unlikely but possible in the afternoons.

Mountain Biking: Sedona is an amazing mountain biking experience. Each morning Dr. Emmott will lead a group of mountain bikers on a ride on one of the area's best trails. We promise a great adventure with awesome trails, however this adventure is not for beginners. To get the most from the experience we advise you have some off road biking experience and be in reasonable physical condition. However you don't need to be an expert either. See the biker's information package for more details.
